Originally from Guadeloupe and now based in Paris, Arnaud stands out with a distinctive musical approach that blends modern jazz with Caribbean influences.
In 2017, he released Tonbé Lévé, a bold and personal debut album, praised by critics for its authenticity and inventiveness. This marked the beginning of a remarkable artistic journey, confirmed in 2022 with Adjusting, his second album, lauded for its artistic maturity, refined compositions, and rich rhythmic textures. Dolmen has collaborated with leading figures in jazz and world music, including Joe Chambers, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Bojan Z, Alfredo Rodriguez, Mario Canonge, and Naïssam Jalal.
VityGroove is his latest project - both a collective and a creative sound laboratory. Born from a desire to explore new musical landscapes, VityGroove brings together some of the most talented musicians on the French scene: Gabriel Gosse (guitar), Carl-Henri Morisset (piano), Swaéli Mbappé (bass), and Adriano Tenorio (percussion).
Blending jazz, groove, and improvisation, VityGroove offers a powerful, vibrant musical experience—resolutely forward-looking and full of creative energy.
